This week was teacher appreciation week.  The teachers enjoyed a nice lunch on Monday, along with many cards, pictures and flowers.  Thank you Mrs. Herrera for putting vases in all the classrooms, our teachers truly felt loved and appreciated this week.

We are continuing to conduct tours at the school.  With our new program starting next year, there are many 3, 4, and 5 year olds joining our St. Sebastian School community.  There are also a number of students that will be starting in grades 1- 8 next year.

Please make sure that you have submitted necessary forms to re-enroll.  Contracts will be going home next week for families applying for tuition reduction.  Please submit your summer school applications for 2015.

 Tweet from Pope Francis
When we cannot earn our own bread, we lose our dignity. This is a tragedy today, especially for the young.

Volunteer Thank you!
This morning we recognized all of the volunteers that spent countless hours planning, organizing and working our carnival.  Fr. German led us in a special blessing for the many who continually share their time and talent with our school community.

The hard work of our families produced memories for a lifetime.  Thank you, thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

This year’s carnival profited $23,000.  The proceeds from this fundraiser/community builder will be supporting the ongoing operational costs of the school as well as subsidizing tuition for families who are qualified.

God bless and a happy Mother’s Day to everyone!

Ms. McDugald
